内德科尔伯特龙 是兽脚亚目虚骨龙类恐龙的一属，生存于下白垩纪的北美洲。

在1993年，Christopher Whittle在美国犹他州的格兰德县发现三个兽脚类恐龙的化石，属于雪松山组(Cedar Mountain Formation)黄猫段，地质年代相当于白垩纪早期的巴列姆阶。这些化石经由古生物学家詹姆斯·柯克兰(James Kirkland)等人所研究、处理化石。这些化石曾被非正式命名为"Nedcolbertia whittlei"。在1998年，由詹姆士·柯克兰等人所描述、命名，模式种是贾氏内德科尔伯特龙(N. justinhoffmani)。属名是为纪念古生物学家内德·科尔伯特(Edwin Harris Colbert);种名则是以新泽西州的六岁儿童Justin Hofmann为名，美国发现卡当时正举办一项活动，抽签中奖者可获得一种恐龙的种名命名权，种名以抽签中奖者为名。
